Depression is a very common mental illness among teens now-a-days specially girls. It is the feeling you get when the world seems to be coming to an end but how could the world end for teens that are just at the beginning of their life? Most adults underestimate the feelings of sadness that teenagers feel. They don’t understand what these teenagers are going through and they don’t see it as a real problem, but what they don’t know is that it’s actually a huge problem among a lot of teens right now.
